I am using /drv2 to record the attempts on the gateway node and have installed the sendmail module. It also works on a satellite node without the sendmail module.
If you are not using the sendmail module make sure the 'email via server' setting in wiana is set to the SMTP server of your Internet provider, e.g.. For me on eclipse Internet it is smtp.eclipse.co.uk.
If you are using sendmail module, make sure the 'email via server' setting in wiana is set to 127.0.0.1
The logs are not emailed immediately, have you waited a day or so to see if the email appears. Just to report that we now have success. I installed the sendmail module and set server to 127.0.01 and it works. I had been trying with our own SMTP server without success, possibly because its needs authentication before relaying, as a security measure?
